At Evaa Organics, we take great pride in offering high-quality essential oils for all skin types. Due to the nature of our products, and in accordance with health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of our products once they have been purchased. Please carefully review our policy below before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges
As we sell essential oils and other skincare products, which are considered personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchase
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities (we recommend doing a patch test before using any new product)

This policy is in place to protect the safety and well-being of our customers, as well as to comply with hygiene standards and regulations.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
We are committed to delivering your products in perfect condition. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@evaaorganics.com with the following details:

  • Product name(s)
  • Description of the issue (including clear photos of the damaged item and packaging)
  • Any other relevant information to help us resolve the issue

Once we receive your request, we will assess the situation and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances. All claims for damaged or defective products must be made within [3 days] from the delivery date.

If you experience any irritation or allergic reaction after using one of our products, please discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that cause irritation or allergic reactions.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we are unable to make changes to the order. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
